The Special Olympics program implemented in our kindergarten aims to assist children with intellectual disabilities by offering them the opportunity to develop and demonstrate their skills and talents through sports, training, and competitions. The implementation of the program began in October 2021.

The inclusive sports program “Young Athletes” involves specialists and educators who make the most of every moment to organize sports activities.

Children with and without intellectual disabilities participate in the activities, allowing them to train, socialize, and compete together. Through this program, children develop socio-emotional, intellectual, and motor skills. By overcoming various obstacles through sports and recreational activities, children are engagingly motivated to play, accept, and socialize. By implementing this program, we make a significant contribution to and support inclusive education in our kindergarten.
