Educational work is planned and implemented through the “Preschool Education Program,” which was adopted by the National Education Council in December 2022. Educators will operationalize the goals, tasks, specific content, and activities in relation to the capacities of the educational group.

During the 2023/2024 school year, two preschool groups and one nursery group piloted the introduction of a new program concept in planning and implementing activities, “Project Planning.” The preschool groups that participated in the pilot program will continue their activities in the 2024/2025 school year as before, with five more groups planned to join.

The educators will create plans tailored to the specifics of their group and to each individual child, in collaboration with the professional staff, parents, and community members. The work will be continuous, with logically connected elements, using the usual methods of work where different types of activities alternate and continue without strict boundaries between them or rigid insistence on what was planned.

Children at our kindergarten move through various thematic areas, exploring their environment and discovering their talents. Our kindergarten program encourages growth and development in all areas of development:

– **Language and communication** – fostering speaking abilities and communication skills;
– **Growing, moving…** – promoting fine and gross motor skills and coordination;
– **Personal and social relationships** – interaction with the environment, peers, and educators;
– **Mathematics and nature/ecological diversity of the world** – encouraging learning and mastering skills;
– **Art and creative expression** – through play, children holistically develop, express themselves, and learn about different artistic forms and cultural heritage.

We take every opportunity to inspire, nurture, and develop a love for and closeness to the nature that surrounds them.

In our kindergarten, we help children learn through trial and error, to focus on things they love, enjoy, and find fulfilling. Together, we create a stimulating environment for learning and progress. We pay special attention to the quality of the environment where children spend their time.

There is no room for criticism or comparison of children in our pedagogy. For us, every child is unique and special, different from the “other,” with their specific needs and motivations. In our kindergarten, children freely express their emotions. When they feel like crying, they cry; when they are happy and joyful, we share in those moments with them; and when they are scared, they know they have a friend in us.

At “Bambi” Kindergarten, we believe in children’s nature and potential, encouraging each child to believe in their dreams, persevere in their attempts to achieve their set goals, and see every “failure” as part of their victory.
